There is no better way to get into the fall spirit than with cinnamon and pumpkin smoothie ingredients. During a time where sugar-filled candy seems to be everywhere we look, steer clear and enjoy this fall-themed green smoothie.

Cinnamon & Pumpkin Green Smoothie Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 banana (frozen, if you prefer to not use ice)
  • 1 cup almond milk sweetened or unsweetened (whichever you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Greens Plus Advanced Multi Vanilla Chai

Directions: 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and enjoy.
