Book Review: The Aztec Diet by Dr. Bob Arnot 

The Aztecs were a race of war-like people that ruled Central Mexico from the 14th through 16th centuries. These warriors domesticated some of the world’s most nutritious foods. Many of these foods are still consumed today such as maize (wild corn), squash, black beans, chili peppers, spirulina and chocolate.
