Looking for a creamy treat? Try this spinach, avocado, apple and almond milk smoothie to get you through the week.
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened; whichever you prefer)
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 2 organic Medjool dates
- 1 organic medium apple – cored, skin can be left on, if organic
- 1/2 organic avocado
- 2-inch organic piece ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Greens Plus Chia Seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop Greens Plus Original Superfood
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- In order from above, add ingredients to your blender.
- Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
