What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened; whichever you prefer)
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 2 organic Medjool dates
  • 1 organic medium apple – cored, skin can be left on, if organic
  • 1/2 organic avocado
  • 2-inch organic piece ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Greens Plus Chia Seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Greens Plus Original Superfood
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. In order from above, add ingredients to your blender.
  2. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
