What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 3 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or homemade)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop Greens Plus Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Greens Plus Wild Berry Burst Superfood
- 2 Tbs. whey protein powder (optional)
- 5 ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more water for a thinner smoothie.
