Get all of your fruits and vegetables in for the day with this apple, pear and spinach smoothie recipe.
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into chunks
 - 2 ribs celery
 - 1 pear, cored and chopped
 - 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
 - 1 lemon, juiced
 - 3 cups kale
 - 1 cup baby spinach
 - 1/2 bunch parsley
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 scoop of Greens Plus Wild Berry Superfood Powder
 
Directions:
- Place the cucumber, celery, pear, apple, and lemon juice in a high-powered blender and blend until combined.
 - Add the greens.
 - Mix with spoon several times to combine.
 - Add the water, stir, and blend until smooth.
 - Pour into glasses and enjoy!
