The Poor Chef on Dr. OZ!

Our favorite frugal chef, Charles Mattocks aka The Poor Chef had a guest spot on the Dr. Oz show recently.  Charles’ belief is that meals do not have to be expensive to taste great and be healthy for you. His book, Eat Cheap, but Eat Well is filled with a smorgusbord of awesome, tasty recipes that can all be made for under $7! There are recipes like ginger chicken with avocado, pecan-crusted tilapia with mango-salsa salad and Mom’s Jamaican curry with dumplings-yummy!

One of my favorite recipes of Charles’ is his Blueberry Chia pancakes that contains our very own Omega 3 Chia seeds!
